Our refrigerated stabilized cream yeast packed in containers is kept in the cold store between 2 and 4°C assuring you a constant quality during several weeks.

For large and medium-sized bakeries consuming between 350 and 2,500 kilos of compressed yeast per week, Algist Bruggeman has perfected its own yeast dosing system which is completely automatic and meets the most stringent bacterial quality requirements. This system can also be integrated in the modern automated bakery processes.

  • Container with a capacity of 500 kg, 750 kg or 1,000 kg of stabilized cream yeast
  • Manual or fully automatic switchover
  • Single pipe or loop duct towards several independent taps
  • Coupling of water dose measuring device possible
  • Dosage cabinet Algist Bruggeman or integrated in recipe making computers
  • CIP installation included (manual or fully automatic)

Savings in yeast consumption and avoiding packaging waste are additional advantages. Algist Bruggeman takes care of the system funding.

Yeast type

Any type of container can be supplied with stabilized Bruggeman + yeast, stabilized Bruggeman FT yeast or stabilized regular yeast.
