Our cream yeast is famous for its constant fermentation power and is most suitable for industrial bakeries consuming more than 2,500 Kilos of compressed yeast per week. The cream yeast is loaded in tank trucks at a temperature between 2 and 4°C observing all required sanitary conditions.

In close collaboration with the industrial customer, Algist Bruggeman guarantees the engineering of automatic dosage installations, meeting the most stringent bacterial quality requirements (and offering financing opportunities as well).
