In every stage of production, our laboratory checks the activity, microbiological purity and conservation characteristics of the yeast very thoroughly. The ultimate test in our baking center guarantees us that all yeast leaving our factory is highly reliable. We consider total quality management and customer-oriented service to be vital elements of our mission. We offer an all-in service that goes far beyond the mere supply of high-quality yeast. Our baking center in Ghent is fully equipped for demonstrations, as well as for practical training sessions for our customers. It can even scrutinize the business organization of the bakery if required. For these purposes, we have a team of experienced bakery technologists who advise, train and assist bakers and distributors worldwide. Our demonstrators are at the customer's disposal in order to solve every technical baking problem in close consultation. |
